EatDirt LS & Cleanup LLC provides landscaping, lawn care, cleanup, and related property maintenance services as described on our Site, proposals, quotes, or service agreements. Services may vary based on property conditions, weather, and scope of work.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

All quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to change unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment terms will be outlined on invoices or service agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payments are due upon receipt of invoice
• Failure to submit timely payment may result in service suspension

Invoices not paid within 15 days of the due date will be considered late.

• A late fee of 25% of the outstanding balance will be applied once the 15-day period is exceeded
• Continued non-payment may result in service interruption or collections
• Client is responsible for any reasonable costs incurred to collect unpaid balances

We may accept payments through third-party platforms, including but not limited to QuickBooks, Square, or similar payment processors.

By using these services, you acknowledge:

• Payments are processed by third-party providers
• We do not control processing speed, system availability, or data security
• EatDirt LS & Cleanup LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, chargebacks, data breaches, or payment failures caused by third-party platforms

Any payment-related disputes must be addressed directly with the payment processor.

We respect your privacy and take reasonable steps to protect your information.

• Information collected is used solely for business operations, billing, and service delivery
• We do not sell client data
• Payment information submitted through third-party processors is governed by their privacy and security policies

We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.

We make reasonable efforts to perform services as scheduled. Scheduling may be affected by weather, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Clients should provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
• Weather-related delays do not constitute breach of service

By engaging our services, you grant permission to access the service property.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access
• Securing pets and removing personal items from service areas

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, underground utilities not properly marked, or conditions beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EatDirt LS & Cleanup LLC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your breach of these Terms
• Unsafe or undisclosed property conditions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
